Nicely beveled 3mm pick, handmade in Holland.
Model B Pick
Pros: Feel, tone, tone, tone, playability.
Cons: Price, maybe.
After a few years playing happily with Dunlop Jazztone 204 and 205 picks, I've been experimenting lately with larger and thicker picks. I've played the new Primetone sculpted picks, Wegen GP 250, Dugain 4mm flat, Vladimir Reniator, and the big Dunlop Americana triangle. This is the standout for me, in part because I prefer picks with minimal or no thumb/finger indexing, but primarily for the exceptionally warm tone and smooth feel this pick provides. In the land of fancy-pants picks it's hard to rate value--this is cheaper than some, a lot more expensive than others. If the price is acceptable to you, this one is a winner.
