Schatten TC Neo - For Tricone Resonator Guitars

The TC Neo combines the TC sensor with Schatten's new Neo-Jack to provide great sound and a revolutionary new 1/4" output jack to give you what is probably the easiest and tidiest installation ever. The sensor for the TC adheres to the side of the T bridge and the Neo-Jack mounts just behind the tailpiece.

The TC sensor is small and light in weight and adheres to the side of the T bridge with 3M VHB mounting tape. It does not affect the acoustic sound of the instrument.

The Neo-Jack installs quickly and simply to the back side of the tailpiece and uses the original strap button and screw. The lead wire from the TC sensor is simply brought out of the cover plate to the jack.

This pickup has been designed to operate properly and sound terrific without the use of a preamp when plugged into any 'normal' amp (guitar amp, bass amp, etc.) As with any pickup, the sound can be further enhanced with an outboard preamp. If you require the ability to plug directly into a P.A. or mixer then you may wish to add Schatten's Mini Pre belt clipable preamp.
