This oval hole
model is based on Django’s Selmer #503, with 4 top
braces just like Django's unique guitar. This design yields the warm,
full tone that Django's Selmer was famous for! This instrument also shares
numerous other specs with the original Selmer guitars including a spruce
top, Indian rosewood back and sides, and a walnut neck. It plays easily
with smooth, 3mm action and produces the tonal subtleties you normally
only hear in instruments twice it's price. All in all, this beautifully
built instrument ranks as one of the best bargains in the store as you'd
normally pay much more for quality like this.

Stringphonics Guitars
Pros: Tone - Power - Quality
Cons: Tuners look, neck (can be REALLY fat on some models)
I've tried a couple : these are bombshells, I mean the tone is typical and the volume varies from "expected for overall acoustic playing" to "outrageous". Best bargain around to me along with JWC's, Vit Cach and Lebreton's!

Play faster, louder, and with better tone by learning the rest-stroke picking technique used by Django Reinhardt, Stochelo Rosenberg, Bireli Lagrene, and Fapy Lafertin.
The original "Wegen" Gypsy Guitar pick. 3.5mm thick, 30mm long, 26mm wide.
The original Gypsy jazz strings! Used by Django Reinhard and nearly every other Gypsy guitarist.
