Stringphonic Advanced Antique

Stringphonic guitars are produced in Japan by skilled craftsman. They have the quality materials and workmanship that you'd expect from a European guitar at a fraction of the price!

This Advanced Model has a feature set that you'd typically find only on very high priced flagship models. It includes a spruce top, highly figured Brazilian rosewood back and sides, a walnut neck, Schaller three-on-a-plate tuners, and a DR tailpiece. The construction of this instrument is closely modeled after the original Selmer guitar, with historic features such as a grafted headstock and a heat bent pliage.

This instrument features a gorgeous antique finish with a rich, deep, reddish brown violin-esque appearance.

The tone of this instrument is very traditional, with exceptional projection and a clear, singing treble range. It's not modern in anyway and isn't trying to be, making it the perfect guitar for those looking to recreate the tone and power of the original Hot Club recordings.
