Unico Gig Bag

The bag does protect the amp. It does take some time for the bag/case to conform to the amp. The first times the amp is placed in the bag, it is a struggle to get it in without the sides of the bag "folding" in. And even now, it can still be a struggle at times. A little bit more rigid framing around the bag would have really helped. If your going to be using the amp "out" a lot, I recommend it to protect your investment. If your not, don't bother with it unless you're a dust worrier and want the amp spotless.

Pros: Well made with good materials.

The Unico Gig Bag is well made, with a nice sized accessory compartment. The shoulder strap is a bit unnecessary for me because carrying a 32 lb amp over my shoulder for any distance would be difficul.It’s not as easy loading the amp into the case as I’d like. The case is very protective, and without it , the amp would be very marked up (the covering on the Unico marks easily) All the controls and plug-ins are on the top of the amp, and without the cover, there is no protection from the rain. The handle on the case is on the top, and makes it easier to carry the amp which has it’s handle on the side. I think if you’re buying the Unico, the case is necessary.
