This pick is 31.25mm long and 30.6mm wide. Like all acrylic picks, it is very bright and may help to cut through the mix better. However, V Picks at this thickness (2.75mm) seem to have their rounded bevel cut at a fairly shallow angle, which can make it more difficult to push through the strings compared to other picks. This leaves it somewhat unsuitable for lead playing (although you may find you like it), but I found it quite nice for la pompe rhythm playing due to its brightness.

V-Picks Freakishly Large Rounded

3.0mm - Carlos Santana plays this guitar pick live and in the studio. I designed it for him specifically, years ago. Gigantic tone. Great for playing up high. Creates a singing, voice-like effect. Huge, firm sounding bottom. Bass players and mandolin players love this plectrum also. Very precise and accurate. Just throw your head back and play with this pick wonder! As with all of our V-Picks, this pick is made of our own special blend of acrylic that make the pick cling to your fingers when warmed by your touch.
