The Small Pointed is roughly the same size as a Dunlop Jazz III pick, but 2.75mm thick (mine was actually about 2.6mm) and in a Reuleaux triangle shape. From tip to tip, the pick is about 24.5mm wide. Like all acrylic picks, it is brighter sounding than most materials, and sounds very nice on electric guitar.

I've used Jazz III 's (and variations) for about 25 years now for my electric playing, Although it's twice the thickness, the v-pick felt immediately comfortable. The girth of this pick gives such a positive attack on the string...and this pick is FAST!!! Wow. Lot's of picks are thick, but they often sacrifice brightness, not this one. You don't loose any frequencies with this one.Just this incrdible clarity. It really doesn't move around in your fingers either. I tried it out on a gig last ...

V-Picks Small Pointed

V-Picks Small Pointed

This guitar pick is the best replacement for small jazz picks or plectrums. It gets a crisp, bright, yet full tone with a wonderful mid-range. You'll hear the difference immediately! This pick never moves around in your hand, because it is made of our own special blend of acrylic and it grips your fingers. No more slipping or dropping your guitar pick! This relaxes the muscles in your hand and allows freedom of movement, which helps you play faster and more accurately. The pick is symmetrical, which gives you 3 times the wear and playability. An outstanding pick if you love a small sized guitar or mandolin pick with a point.

What a great pick!!

Pros: None

Cons: The clear material might be a pain when the pick is dropped/sitting on top of an amp ect.

Not a bit of wear either, I usually go through a Ultex Jazz II in one set. I've been using the Screamer with my DG-300 and Larrivee, and now this beauty with my Telecaster. Actually, it's great with my Mandolin too. Get one.
