1953-1960 Selmer/Favino

The missing link. A Favino body combined with parts from an original Selmer. The rumor is that Favino made more than one of these but we have not yet seen a photo of another one. This guitar is one of those 10 finished by Jaques Favino from the parts purchased from Selmer by Beuscher. It is featured on Tone Poems II , by David Grisman, and is pictured in the booklet. It is a fantastic sounding guitar in beautiful crack free condition. One rarely sees fine Gypsy guitars in this shape. Rosewood neck,back and sides.
