Gypsy Caravan Tour in Northern California

Robin Nolan with Brandi Shearer and other Gypsy Jazz musicians including Sam Miltich, Stephane Wrembel and David Grisman are touring Northern California this week and next. Thursday, 1-26-06 in Petaluma, Friday, 1-27-06 in Mill Valley (where I'm seeing them), Sunday 1-29-06 in Santa Cruz and Feb. 1-2 in San Francisco.

I saw the show on Friday night and it was phenomenal. David Grisman on Mandolin was exceptional. Stephan Wrembel Quartet were great. The Gypsy Kids were outstanding and Robin Nolan Trio with Brandi Shearer were a pleasure to hear! You can still catch it tonight at the Rio Theatre in Santa Cruz and in San Francisco at Bimbo's 365 Club on Wednesday.
