The french poet Jacques Prevert is famous for having written the dialogues of several famous movies (Port of. Shadows, Children of Paradise, and Gates of the night, the last one being famous for the tune Autumn Leaves). Django's music was supposed to accompany one of the movie, called La Fleur de l Age but unfortunately the shooting of the movie didnt go well at all and the movie was never finished.

Jacques Prevert is also a poet, famous for his first book Paroles (it is surrealistic, with simple words about freedom, love, workers, Paris). He recorded some of the texts of Paroles with Henri Crolla as a backing guitar.
The voice of Prevert plus the beautiful guitar of Crolla makes something quite unique!

This disc is now available on the main platforms itunes, spotify etc. Enjoy!
