I found out a little more about this Guitar.

The Django Gypsy Jazz guitars project by Saga USA signified the final attempt by Mario Maccaferri
to have his famous design mass produced after he became dissatified with the quality of the Ibanez MAC-10.

There were 4 model of **** ranging from $1,050 for the DG-200 to $1,695 for the DG-500.
All models have solid spruce tops and the DG-500 also has solid rosewood back and side.

The **** were made by K. Yairi workshop in Gifu, Japan. Production stopped in late 1980s
Saga continues to distribute cheaper line of gypsy jazz guitars made in asia under other brand names. Gitane
