Gypsy Jazz in Vilnius

I'm aware that Lithuania has a few Jazz festivals and events, I was just wondering what the gypsy scene was like there in particular?

Aside from what comes up in Google, I remembered that Vadim Stankevičius, who's work been discussed here lately, has a Baltic name, and sure enough he lives in Vilnius.
