places to go hear LIVE Gypsy Jazz in France and Italy?

Hey all,

I'm driving from Lyon, France down and across the French Riviera coast to Rome this month, towns I'm hitting up are Lyon, Saintes Maries-De-La-Mer, Cannes, Florence, Sora and Rome...any good clubs/bars in any of these places to go see Live Gypsy jazz? Any feedback is appreciated!
