Anyone making lead sheets in Sibelius?

Hi all,

I'm having an interesting problem with making lead sheets in Sibelius. The short version is that I "print" them to a .pdf file and they look great on my computer. The same .pdf file displays differently on another computer. The font is changed, and some of the chord symbols are missing. This, of course, makes the file pretty much useless. I thought the whole point of a .pdf is that it displays the same for everyone. See the attached images for an example. Does anyone have any experience with this or advice?

I use Sibelius and have had to reload some of the stuff from the disk, namely the fonts. Have had problems like no text, no repeats dots, no stems for notes, etc. I did call the help line and they sorted it out for me on the phone. But do try to reinstall as a first step

Thanks djangojim. My problem ended up being simpler: the program I used to print to .pdf format wasn't working properly. I downloaded another free print-to-pdf program and everything works great now.

What program were and are you using? I've been using Primo PDF for a couple of years now with no issues.
