D hole guitars with necks narrower that 1 7/8

hi guys

I think all D hole guitars made by Saga have 1 7/8 neck width. Do you think there are D hole guitars available with necks narrower that 1 7/8 ? I am talking about 1000 dollars budget .

Only the Cigano Gj-15 and the D-500 have the 1 7/8 neck. All the other D holes like the DG-320, DG-350, and DG-370 have 1 3/4" necks. But they are long scale (670mm).

What are advantages and disadvantages of 670 mm scale? I am new to the subject and therefore don't know how scale length matters. Can you explain this to me , please?

Generally the longer scale is better for lead....the single note lines project better.
