Could anyone translate his words from the following 1936 home recording?

You can listen to the other ones here, they're the ones from Feb 29 (Blue Drag #1 and Spanish Fantasy have not been issued.) Django SINGS on "Miss Otis regrets" and "Blue Drag".

Could be Jean Sablon? But It sounds very much like Django. I know absolutely NO french whatsoever, so I don't know what they're saying.

This is the 28 Feb... no 29 Feb.
We are at 168 (street name?) Mr. Sablon's, Mr. and Mrs. Reinhardt's,
Mr. Reinhardt has something to say...
    "Uh, I don't know..." (laughter)
Okay, Mrs. Reinhardt will speak to you...
    "No no no"
Okay, Mr. Reinhardt will play you guitar...

[That's the gist of it, I'm not a professional translator or anything. I doubt it is Jean Sablon talking since the speaker refers to him in the third person]
