Can someone tell me the name of this song?

Hi,
I would be most grateful if someone could tell me the name of the song in the link below. Please skip the ad at the beginning of the video and the song will begin. It sounds like a Django Reinhardt song, but I don't believe it is.

    Don't know the name of the song, but I am 99.999999% sure that isn't Django playing. If not because of the playing than purely on production quality alone.

    To my ear it sounded a bit like a mix of "Ménilmontant" and "I'll see you in my dreams" but not enough like either one to actually be them. Someone on here will probably know what the song is and even who is actually playing.
