Art Van Damme and Johnny Meijer were two of the best. Not really hot club type players, Maybe on occasion for Meijer. Also search "jazz accordion" on Youtube and Google and you will find a lot of material for other players. Richard Galliano is excellent. Musette players who improvised include Gus Viseur, Jo Privat and others.
I love Ludovic Beier as already mentioned. Another is Gert Wantenaar who has played with Reiner Voet. However, you certainly should check out Marcel Loeffler. As this video below attests, he isn't just strictly gypsy jazz. You can hear him riffing on George Benson while being his own percussion section. He can play just about anything.

Ludovic Beier is my favorite accordion player. His work with Angelo Debarre and Al Di Meola are absolutely superb.
There's a solid hour and half of fantastic jazz for you :)
This is a fantastic concert as well:

His youtube channel is here:
Gus Viseur, Marcel Loeffler, Harry Hussey, Ludovic Beier.
Here's the album where Gert Wantenaar is featured with Reinier Voet and Pigalle 44, one of my favorite in the genre:
I've heard a good few, I'd say Marcel Loeffler is my favourite,
he's done a lot of work in the Gj genre.

I own another one called Swing for Bop in which they both play. The full album isn't only but maybe Spotify?
