That's kinda good news?? Maybe try to ease back into it and stay more relaxed??
C'mon man, next few years I'm planning to be my peak practice period and I only have a few more months before the 5th decade. You don't give me much hope. My shoulder pain shows up every now and then but exaggerating to keep my back straight whenever I feel it and it goes away in a day or two.
