There's also a right-arm-through kind of strap with the same kind of in-soundhole hook:
Note: Both of these designs can work for D-holes also, I think, if you adjust the length shorter (assuming the strap will adjust short enough).

I think there are several other varieties, which I believe are designed for classical guitarists.
@pdg ah, I wish I saw that one first. Across the shoulder will have better weight distribution and probably more comfortable overall. I'll have to try it...
I saw Stephane play standing up, too. I believe Stephane has an end pin on his guitar (not sure though), and not sure if he has a neck end pin or ties the strap to the headstock.
@pdg this thing is great; adjustable, comfortable, well padded, well made, it's a keeper. Thanks for posting about it.
