@crookedpinky the “Gypsy” version is not made by the manufacturer. We piece those together using a stock DeArmond and add the cable and mounting putty. If you just purchase the stock DeArmond pickups you’ll still have to solder on a cable and figure out how to mount it somehow. Many players have had good success with them and while the string balance isn’t perfect (it never is, all the Gypsy mag pickups have a B string that’s too hot,) it actually has a better balance than many of the Gypsy specific options.
