I've had a search saved for that pedal on Reverb for a few years and have never seen a used one come up for sale FWIW. Good luck!

If i'm allowed to give some unsolicited opinion: Never had my hands on a JJ-150 pedal, but i do own a Nocturne Jr. Barnyard and to be honest for electric Django sound or Charlie Christian style tone i prefer my "Crazy Tube Circuits Falcon Overdrive".

In the end they all try to imitate that octal field coil era amp sound with transistor drive and equing but pedals marketed as "tweed style" pedals are to be had cheaper and more available than those that have the niche "Gibson EH 150" marketing.

Also for the money the boutique pedals go for you almost can buy a used Supro Delta King 10 which might be the closest thing to the real deal unless you pay thousands for a replica.

I'd agree with everything DoubleWhisky said. I went down the electric Django/CC rabbit hole and ended up with a Vintage 47 VA-185 (which is awesome!) but any tweed amp will get you in the ballpark. I also have a current-gen Fender Custom Deluxe and it will do those tones although it's way too loud for most jazz gigs. Tweed pedals should also work well into most amps. Make sure you're using a pickup and not a piezo/mic setup for this.

I had a Junior Barnyard and a El Pescadoro and a JJ-150 at the same time and kept the JJ. The Nocturne pedals seemed gainey-er and lacked the adjustability and subtle qualities of the JJ. I have one of Jason's early pedals and sent it back to have the tone (bright) switch added - this is something I recommend because the pedal can be dark with certain set-ups. The later pedals include the switch but either way, it's a great pedal and worth the search and if you're not patient, worth the $$!
