NY✭✭✭ Duffell, Gaffiero, AJL
Hi all - I'm putting up my incredible Gaffiero up for sale. I received this after Django a GoGo in 2022, and it was my main guitar for a couple of years. While I don't have any soundclips of my playing, Stephane Wrembel did use it for a performance of Django l'Impressionniste at Lovin' Cup, and I do have videos of him using the guitar then. He liked the guitar so much that he had Cyril make him a copy of it, but with a neck closer in shape to his trusty Busato.
This is a brilliant guitar. Miller Tuners, unique cedar top, bombe back of walnut, and a walnut neck. The neck shape is a medium-sized C shape, so close to that happy place of not too thin, but also not like an old Selmer or Busato.
Here is the post Cyril made for the guitar right before I purchased it: https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1Gbv7fhoR9/ (I had Cyril put the Miller tuners in before shipping)
I'm looking to get $3500 +shipping. The guitar has a Tobogan hard foam gigbag. I've shipped guitars all over, and I'm not opposed to shipping internationally. Not looking for trades or partial trades at this time. If you're interested, let's connect and I can share more pictures and videos.

Cool guitar, the top looks great
Interesting! Just curious why you're selling the Gaffiero Magda, and you will still have your Duffell and AJL. They must each occupy a different tonal niche.
Fair question. The Duffell is my primary guitar. So much so that once I sell this and my Dupont, he'll be making me another, but with a cedar top. The AJL is the travel guitar.
It's not so much that I've been looking to have tonal bases covered, I just wanted to find "my" guitar, and that's what Jerome built. I'm not a collector and I'm not in a financial position to justify just having guitars that expensive just lying around. I'd rather have a really good relationship with one instrument. I'm glad my mentality is more closely aligned to my wallet lol.
When I saw Stephane at Samois he had a Gaffiero. I wonder if it’s the one you referenced in the first post? Regardless, good luck with the sale!
Gorgeous guitar. (Walnut backside & neck too from the FB photos.)
I remember a year or so back seeing Cyril had posted it for sale, but no idea if he actually sold it for Stéphane or not.
