  Look at this video starting around the 21:40 minute mark, Feigeli Prisor shows his pick, says it's a Wegen. I think that's the 5mm Fatone.

  I have 4G pick (from gypsyguitars.de) which I like but I wish I had a chance to order something using the same material in the 4-5mm from Jokko...

  Nik at Apollo Picks has Jokko's "Shellrin" material and makes a 4mm "Django pick":

  I have the 4mm Apollo pick. It sounds pretty good for rhythm and glides off the strings easily however I didn't find it very usable for playing leads. I had a hard time getting much articulation/volume with it but that could also be due to my technique and/or guitar. I'd sell it if anyone in the US is interested in buying one at a discount.

  I didn't realize gypsyguitars.de still has a good stock of Jokko picks. I just picked up a pick; Nousche in 4mm, Safari material.

  All of the big picks I have from Jokko are tortoise. Sound good but wears quickly. I have others in 2mm; ivory, bone and that don't get much use nowadays.

  Received the pick last night; Noushe, Safari, 4m. And interesting thing happened. It's a touch longer than what I've been using recent years which is Killy pick. About 3mm longer. So I have more pick length from my fingers to the strings. And contrary to what I thought, I felt I have more control this way. What do others think about this? Less length or more pick length?

  @Buco I prefer shorter and duller picks, for now. My main pick for the last half a year has been the Arjen Keijzer which is wider but shorter than the normal "Dunlop" shape. I also have two Timber Tones horn picks and although bought as identical, one is a tad shorter and duller at the tip and that is what I prefer. I'm definitely not a Jazz III guy, lol.

  Edit: Correction. The Arjen Keijzer is not even THAT much shorter than the Dunlop Gator, I just compared. It's a little bit shorter but way-way duller at the tip.

  @Buco I've noticed the same as you when I switched to the Wegen Big City after using shorter/rounder picks for awhile. I think there's a point of diminishing returns with adding length but I definitely feel a little more control with the Big City. I also feel like I can put more power into the strings with that pick even though it's a little thinner than what I was using before.

  @JasonS What thickness Big Cities are you using? I have the 1.8 mm and it feels like a good pick but too thin for what I am currently used to. It's a pretty good pick for electric guitar though.
