  The two pictures of the mis-matched headstock slots are very convincing re. authenticity.

  I'm convinced! That guitar was played by Django, what a find. Guitars of similar caliber by modern guitar hero's go for 10s of thousands at auction. This should be right up there.

  What is that plug or whatever that is in the cutaway? You can see it in the photos with Django and then it looks painted in the modern photo. I swear I saw and explanation in this thread but can't find it now. That seems like the most convincing evidence along with the neck heal and non uniform string slots.

  I always believed that this was the guitar in the pictures, because to me it looks like a one-of-a-kind, it just has that kind of vibe. Same as with that black Carbonell, something about it...

  C'est moi qui avait mis cette guitare à vendre sur leboncoin pour 850 € il y a déjà quelques temps bien avant la découverte des photos inédites de Django et quand les photos inédites ont été découvertes c'est là que je me suis rendu compte que je possédais cette guitare et bien sûr j'ai supprimé mon annonce bien évidemment
