Noa shares so much incredibly valuable stuff for free that many others would package into these "breakthrough systems" products and sell. He does have his own product but he's very unobtrusive with offering it both in his newsletter and on his website.
It's funny that when I'm trying to record a video for YT, I do one of the main things Micah talks about. I listen intently and as soon as I hear a mistake I stop and immediately play it back correctly. I kept thinking in the past how I actually practice really well when I'm recording a video and was thinking that I should include it in my practice regularly but it puts stress on my practice so I avoid it.
What I need to do is get into this mindset during the regular practice. A lot of my practice I feel was already good quality but this episode offered several things to improve on. For example I already do doable-izing of my own but what I don't do is taking time prior to every repetition to hear in my head what I'm about to play. And then visualizing. I came across it several times now, from different people, and it's now more than obvious that this is the super power great musicians have.

I'd like to hear more about your own research.
