If I hadn't gotten a different 2007 Crumb calendar for Xmas, I'd probably order this one.

On a related note, I need to track down Crumb's band, Les Primitifs du futur. I hear they do musette. Any suggestions?

I really dig the two albums Nick posted above. They have a third that's kinda so-so:

I'd say Primitifs is more Dominic Cravic's band than Crumb's band, though Crumb certainly has defined the band's visual aesthetic.
Cravic also playse in the Ukulele Club de Paris:

And he's playing in NYC with Daniel Colin in a couple of weeks.

I have the Primitifs albums and like them a lot. They play not only musette but American early country/blues styles -- they combine a bunch of my favorite styles of music and do so with a fair degree of authority.
