  Nicely done! I'm jealous . It's especially great to see a young one working through the waltz repertoire, something I feel is too commonly overlooked today.

  Absolutely agree---the waltzes are one of the things i adore about this music==they're also one of the best possible ways to get the right and left hands working together--they are almost etudes.

  Bireli and Sylvain Luc were in top form and played an amazing set on the first day of this years Oslo Djangofestival. But it was Antoine's name that was buzzing in the bar afterwards ... He and his father (who I wrongly assumed would be the soloist) held a wonderful performance in front of a roaring crowd, and Antoine's young age was eventually irrelevant for the musical experience. Wow! :shock: Antoine is definately one of the big guitar heroes in years to come.
