  I don't speak French but I think the title of p26 refers to the 5 chord (V, 'sol') in the 'context' of a minor key.
  
  So in this case G7 (b9, #5) in the context of Cm. G7 being the V chord for Cm.
  
  Also, think about G#dim or C harmonic minor over the G7.
