François Charles' shop is still in business, but now run by Jérôme Casanova. I agree Facebook is probably the best source for contacts, try Samy Daussat, he often posts links and dates.

I already did but it's pretty outdated, a lot of the places on this map are closed like(Francois Charles and Aux Petits Joueres)
