Ran across this video a few days posted on an old thread on another forum. It was fun to see these guys just having a casual go backstage. Lots of nice energy here. Enjoy.
I think I've seen that before. I may have even heard it in person. I was at Chet Atkins festival in Nashville in '09 so I can see Joscho live but was showered with incredibly amazing guitar playing at every corner. That's when I first got to know about and hear in person Frank, Tommy, Vinny, Richard Smith and dozens more of Chet style players, all world class. Everyone jamming all the time. This arrangement can't be something they just casually came up with a few minutes prior to recording this video...I think...
On a related note, for anyone who enjoyed the Swing 42 vid there's also a decent amount of footage from this tour on youtube that's well worth watching
Some of those videos are indeed from CAAS convention of 2009 so I was there watching and listening to them live.
In terms of the amount of insanely high level, great guitar playing all around you, all the time, no other experience comes close, not even Django in June.

Who's tour? Link?
So I just used that newfangled google interwebz thing...found someone who was kind enough to put together a full youtube playlist:
Looks like I'm gonna have to do some listening tonight, so many great tunes!
*forgot to clarify, the Tommy/Frank tour back in the late 2000s/early 2010s when they released their collab album
It was clear what you meant the first time, never mind me...
