I was looking for a gypsy guitar with a huge fat neck like the old Selmers and Busatos have but couldn’t find any so I asked my luthier friend Mark Iseman if he was interested in building one with me. This is the only one of it’s kind as far as I know, it’s all solid koa. It turned out way better than I ever expected, it is my main performance guitar and sounds great! It has a big deep sound, perfect for rhythm and the playability of the neck is the best I’ve ever had. It seemed to be a hit at Djangofest NW 2013 (Denis Chang used it for his set with Olli) and I used it onstage with Fapy and John Jorgenson.
