It's similar to kijiji or craigslist in North America. Click on any region on the map, then on the next page do a search for "manouche guitar" in category "instruments musique" region "toute la France."

My bandmate, who's vacationing in France, found a nice secondhand Dupont on this site and is bringing it home in a week. As with any online ad site, exercise caution, check the seller and the instrument carefully. Sites like this are really meant to initiate face-to-face transactions and don't offer buyer protections like dealers or even eBay.

Also Norman Ort in Germany gets some nice gypsy guitars in different price ranges, worth a look:

'Manouche Moreno" might be difficult to find there, but there are lots of other options.
