Summoning the Almighty Jack (or anybody with this chart...)

Never really dug this tune except for the Young Frankstein version by Gene Wilder (the master!). Then I heard Fapy`s version.... Any help with the changes would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Wow, you are certainly quick! Thanks for the changes and I will try them out. Don`t know if I could face the country changes yet. Might really lose it!

I did go a bit mad and tried to figure out Fapy`s changes before catching your reply, here`s my go. hope the chart makes sense....
