I'm getting a small band of friends/guitar players to see his show when he comes to Evanston this month. We're looking forward to it. The music online sounded beautiful.

I'll just pipe in and say that as a beginner/intermediate player with very little knowledge of theory I got a lot out of Vol. 1 as well. When you take a source for vanilla or more simple changes (like gadjodrom.com or maybe some of the robin nolan stuff) it is interesting to see what Colin does with them, especially his turnarounds and things.
