Magnetic pu for jazzbox type sound

What is a good pickup option if i want to get more of a typical jazz guitar sound from my gipsy guitar?
Ideally i would like to have some removable pickup without modifying the guitar. I am quite new to GJ and i havent tried a stimer pickup. I'm not sure stimer will get this sound, because it is single coil (you can correct me if i'm wrong here).
So is there a humbucker optionss for gipsy guitar? I'm not after Djangos electric sound, i prefer more traditional jazz sound for magnetic pickup.

Thanks, I was looking at Peche pickup. One thing i am not sure i like is that this pickup installs with the cord going up from the soundhole. It looks strange and i believe it is not too confortable. Can it be reversed upside down like a regular stimer? Can anyone who owns one comment on this? Or its not a problem at all?
