Thanks for the link, i had a look at the guitar, it sure is pretty but to all intents and purpose this just looks like a suped up DG255. The tailpiece looks the same as the other gitanes but silverplated and with a nice chunk of ebony instead of the cheap plastic inlay and also the tuners are very decent looking, i guess without hearing the thing and making a comparison with DG255 they'd be no way of telling just how much better this model is. Certainly the maple model which i think is the DG250M is the only other model that has a distinctive difference from the D500 and DG255. Thankyou again for the link. It would be nice to hear from guys who have tried the stock gitanes with the Lulo model.
