Looking for an acoustic monitor... Dean Markley?

Hi guys,
I was wondering what you might be able to tell me about the Ultrasound AG-30. I used to own a Dean Markley amp for electric guitar and was pretty happy with it, but I think they've been bought out by another company since then.
I mainly need the amp as a monitor for when we are in bar situations, or as a slight boost for smaller venue shows. I am also looking into the Ibanez T35 which seems to have many of the same features but is a hair pricier. It has gotten some really good reviews on other sites but i can't find anything on the Dean Markley.
I picked up a Behringer AT-108 for this purpose recently because it had good reviews. but it has terrible humming and popping problems even with nothing plugged in so I am going to return it.
I am really looking for something in the sub-45 watt, sub $200 range.

P.S. xlr out is not a big issue since I have a DI box that can handle that.
