who is the guy who plays gypsy jazz on a telecaster?
Last year, a friend on this forum emailed me a couple of youtube videos of a phenomenal guitarist who plays gypsy jazz style on a tele in a trio. I recall reading that he had been a top Nashville country picker who became obsessed with Django and became a jazz guy. One of the videos was of a live performance of Minor Swing at a jazz festival and it was absolutely mind-blowing! I must have deleted the emails.... anyone know who I'm thinking of? I really want to buy some of this guy's music!
