Hey gents,
So I've been playing with the dominant 7ths in a minor key, and this is what I'm doing.
This may be a bit obvious, but it's a lot of fun, and helps with new ideas -You Play the form at one spot in the neck, and go up in the dom7th form, and down in the tonic minor form (up in E7, down in a minor). Then do that in EVERY position, and reverse it - down in the dom7 form, and up in the tonic minor form. Basically, if you do that in both Am, and Dm, you pretty much have mastered never getting lost in minor swing, dark eyes, minor blues, etc. (joseph joseph...)
good obvious fun.
