Jazzaferri actually the player that Django went to see to train his picking techique was Poulette Castro.
The Castros were famous for their picking technique on Banduria and guitar but didn't play any Flamenco which is played fingerstyle only (well except for Raphaël Fays actually but he can not play all the techniques with the sole pick).
