OT: 10th fret Parlor guitar

.....The only interesting thing I see about this Craigslist 12 fret parlor guitar for sale is the 10th fret position marker. Other components such as, extra large sound hole, massive tailpiece, unkown soundboard wood are unanswered questions about who built this. However, If this guitar was MUCH closer than 80 miles away, I'd go check it out, just for the 10th fret marker!
