A friend of mine transcribed this. I don't think he'd mind sharing.

......Anyone have a C-6 chord voicing in measures 11 and 12 that sounds like Wrembel's recording? After a week trying various voicings the closest I've found acceptable is the middle four strings(C bass note on A string) - low notes to high: C, G, A, Eb It's not an easy chord to grab with a 5th string bass note. I don't like the "normal" C-6 up on the 8th fret C bass.
    ......Any other suggestions?
    ......Rocky

What do you mean by "normal" c-6? Do you mean a normal bar chord, or do you mean a "normal" gypsy triad 8-x-7-8-x-x or maybe 8-x-7-8-8-x ?
