Upcoming agenda before our US Supreme Court is the challenge - "Can Foreign manufactured items that have copywrite protection; ie:, CDs, DVD, Artwork, Jewels, etc. (guitars?) make it more difficult for us to purchase and sell these used items". I don't know how authorities would collect these "taxes"; but it's worth reading this article.
