Ok I dug out that video and I'll work on that chromatic execise.
I also like his advice and I've heard this from many others, to practice slowly and with perfect, relaxed technique. Also, he mentioned that he just practiced Django's transcriptions when he was learning and I heard him say in another interview to start with Django, not Stochelo or Bireli.
He didn't mention the 10,000 hours part though.... :-)
