DG-455

Anyone have one of these? I'm looking for a really uncomplicated pickup system, but I'm sort of worried that the thin body will not be ideal in a purely acoustic situation. I've dealt with crummy replacement bridge pickups on some guitars, and I just run into problems. I kind of dance and stuff when I gig so that's probably why. Just can't find a video demo or anything before i jump into this purchase.

I've played one and I'm not really thrilled with the acoustic sound. Much happier with a full bodied Gitane and a K&K pure Maccaferri pup

That's kind of what I was afraid of, and I would have a hard time getting used to even holding the thin body. Sadly, I know I would destroy the K and K in a week. But I realized I was way overlooking the stimer option, those things kick ass and seem really sturdy!

Thanks for sharing your experience it was a big help!
