Can anyone suggest where to get the most heavy duty Selmer style tailpiece? Three have broken on me and always right where it bends over the body of the guitar. Twice it happened right before a gig. Any suggestions would be helpful - my guitar is supposedly high end and I take care of it so this is really an unacceptable problem!
Thanks,
Tom

That sounds right...
Also - there are some wooden tailpiece alteratives. Bernard Lehman in the USA has a website. http://www.lehmannstrings.com/images/pi ... ail_fr.jpg
and Jean Pierre Favino in France - never have seen a website of his. http://www.stringphonic.com/Images/jpfavinobody.jpg
By the way - I loved Hot Gypsy Nights - great album. Actually, it's playing on my stereo right now... that's just almost too weird of a coincidence. You and your piano player both make wonderful use of non-chordal tones in this song. (Nuits...) It's unusual for GJ but works great... it moves things forward but with respect for the form. I also liked Birelli's album "Move" for similar reasons
Best,
Jack.
