Djangologists Bonus DVD - where is this (rural) studio?

Hey all -

OK, I have no idea where this belongs. Watching this DVD for the billionth time, and I'm going to leap off the deep end, I know, when I say I'm dying to know where this studio they used to record is located? Is it their place? Is it a dedicated studio? I've searched, but have turned up nothing.

This, from a guy who once lived an idyllic several months in a converted chicken barn. This boy loves rural life, for just about everything, but the city, for its music and culinary scene. And I can't stop drooling.
