Hi All,
Michael was kind enough to let me have a go and try and sell this on the forum first..Logistically I am currently in Hawaii so by the time it got to him etc. etc. I really am conflicted but as a restless guitar player I have my eye on another axe and don't have the $ flow for both
I figure that if someone is interested and the timing is right I can jump into the other guitar sooo...
I have had this since last March and it really is a great one...Several of the biggest name players in this genre played this in France last year and all thought it was a Vieille Reserve (2 who own VRs themselves). It is still like new with a few signs of wear. No nicks or bumps...a few superficial pick marks that can only be seen in the light (that were put on by a moron at DJJ last year who took the liberty to play the guitar when I left the room to go to the bathroom...) There is one other scratch that is by no means major but a bit more obvious that came from my thumb nail being too long from the classical guitar and happened my very first strum of the guitar and is located above the low e string.....other than those the guitar looks new. There are 1000's of hours left on the frets, but when held up to the light you can see the guitar has been played...and conversely is opening up nicely.
