Love this album. Do I have it right, Fapy is also playing violin here? Anyone know the tracks over which Tcha is playing solo?

Denis, or anyone else with a working knowledge of Dutch, you don't happen to have an English translation of the jacket materials, do you?

Looking for more Martin Limberger!

Thanks all.

    Gipsy Passion of The Piotto's
Gypsy Music from the second generation of musicians

From my youth I know that the Piotto's more than 40 years ago Flanders already made their infectious enthusiasm for music with a clear link to master Django Reinhardt. Piotte Limberger, his brother Latcheben Grünholz with cousin Bamboula Ferret have the torch passed to the four sons of Piotte which further propagate in the tradition of the Piotto's their "gypsy" music. As with so many great musicians Piotto who are also self-taught from their souls, their feelings and their temperament play several instruments and create their own sound. "Gipsy Passion" is not only a tribute concert to father Piotte but the CD brings the listener closer to an awesome and the confluence of well-balanced sound.

The Piotto's past and present with great workmanship bring "their" music from their tradition and their soul has grown. It's almost normal that they strum as gypsies make music and the guitar masterfully.

As with all music, gypsy music has also evolved and the musicians ear for the styles and genres that every human faces. The music of The Piotto Today's clearly has much in common with the music of the jazz master Django Reinhardt wore in itself. In addition, their music is a mix of well balanced tunes that are also plucked from the popular music and clear sound The Piotto's getting. Take it worked fantastic "Je suis seul ce soir".

Besides their good guitar playing, mastering: Jan, Storro, Biske and Vivi with grandson Martin also violin, trumpet, double bass and piano so "Gipsy Passion" has a very diverse sound with well-structured compositions and arrangements. The music swings as we know them the best gipsy orchestras. Nobody can mimic such music because this music comes from their genes and they clearly feel despite knowing no music note how this music should sound and rhythm variations which they must submit. Their interplay

This CD can also count on the Piotto's cousin Fappy Lafertin. He already played in the orchestra of father Piotto Limberger. Fappy is an eminent disciple of Django Reinhardt. Together with Vivi Limberger he built his own orchestra "ELSD" (also known by Koen De Cauter) from. Also Tcha Limberger, the son of Vivi on this CD demonstrates his musicality.

"Gipsy Passion" is a passionate CD full of beautiful sounds with the music listener in the rhythm and variety of beautiful sounds pulls. "Gipsy Passion", is also a CD with 15 catchy songs picked from the traditional music of the Balkans and with a clear sense of the jazz music. Listen to "Summy on the Side of the Street"!
